Who are we looking for?
We at Ryan Clark read every application and handpick each finalist and winner. We have three core standards for our applicants to help them figure out what we are looking for. Excellence in Community Service, Leadership, and Academics are all qualities that we look for in each applicant.
Community Service.
Our applicants excel in community service, and willingly give of their time to better their communities. We love to see applicants who have answered the call to help their communities, and take pride in being an advocate for others in their communities.
Leadership.
Our applicants use their essays as opportunities to share how they have used community service, academics and other extracurricular activities to advance their personal growth and strive to be a leader amongst their peers.
Academics.
Our applicants are students who take their academics seriously and are prepared to take their journey from high school to collegiate studies. We appreciate students who work hard in school to better their future endeavors.
